About Me:

Hi, I’m Katie 👋 I’m a mum, a qualified play therapist, and the heart behind Katie’s Little Bears. What started as a small playgroup has grown into a space for parents to find gentle support and practical tools for navigating the big emotions of childhood. Through printables, calming strategies, and playful resources, I hope to make parenting feel just a little lighter — while helping children feel truly understood. Most days you’ll find me with a cup of tea, designing new bear-inspired ideas while juggling life as a mum. I know first-hand how overwhelming parenthood can feel, and I created Katie’s Little Bears to be a calm, reassuring corner for families everywhere.
